Delivery Timeline

• In-stock items: Ships within 1-2 weeks from our Garfield, NJ facility
• Backordered items: 30-90 day shipping window
• All deliveries are curbside only!

Returns

Changed your mind? Return your sauna kit within 7 days in it's original packaging. The 7-day period begins from the delivery date.

Return Process:

1. Contact us by email or phone for your Return Authorization Number
2. We'll inspect your returned item upon receipt
3. Refund will be processed minus applicable fees

Important Return Fees:

• 15% restocking fee on all returns
• Return shipping costs deducted from refund
• If you received free shipping: both original delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted
• Additional 20% fee for items not in original packaging

Items We Cannot Accept:

• Returns without valid Return Authorization Number
• Assembled sauna kits
• Any missing or damaged parts (customer responsibility)
