Handcrafted in Estonia with Leil’s clean architectural style, the Viva 120 feels refined, durable, and intentionally minimal. Its full-height glass door, warm timber interior, and space-efficient form create a private retreat that feels calm and inviting from the moment you step inside—proof that a sauna does not need to be large to feel luxurious.

Inside, the Thermo Alder benches and warm LED lighting create a peaceful atmosphere. Its smart structure ensures quick installation and easy maintenance, while the tempered bronze glass door adds a refined touch. Designed for real use in all seasons, Viva 120 brings authentic leil to even the smallest yard.

Special arrangements are made for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and remote areas on a case-by-case basis. Pick-up delivery is also available directly from our warehouse in Garfield, NJ.

All deliveries are curbside only!

We deliver curbside using trusted carriers who get as close as possible to your building. Our delivery partners typically use pickup trucks, cargo vans with flatbed trailers, or 26-foot straight trucks.

Most carriers can unload the entire pallet at once, though some may choose to unpack and manually restack the contents for easier handling.

Our saunas come with a manufacturer's 3-year limited warranty that covers damage to the product only when the following instructions have been followed:

The structure must be installed within 1 month of delivery
The product must be installed following the installation manual
The structure must be assembled on a proper foundation (leveled concrete slab, concrete blocks, gravel, or a deck)
The structure's roof must be properly installed
No alterations have been made to the product by a third party
