he Leil Saunas Viva 250 is the most spacious and elevated model in the Viva series, designed for those who want a more open, social, and deeply comfortable outdoor sauna experience. Its heightened seating brings bathers’ feet above the heater for better full-body heat immersion, while the seating position aligns naturally with the heater level to create a more even, enveloping leil—making it especially well suited for longer sessions with family or friends.

Handcrafted in Estonia with premium ThermoWood® and clean Scandinavian lines, the Viva 250 feels refined from every angle: durable outdoors, warm and calming inside, and beautifully proportioned for a garden wellness retreat. The Viva series also features a built-in leil-buffer above the door, helping prevent steam from escaping when the door is opened, while optional dimmable LED lighting sets and the decorative hexagon back panel add atmosphere, depth, and a striking architectural finish.

Special arrangements are made for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and remote areas on a case-by-case basis. Pick-up delivery is also available directly from our warehouse in Garfield, NJ.

All deliveries are curbside only!

We deliver curbside using trusted carriers who get as close as possible to your building. Our delivery partners typically use pickup trucks, cargo vans with flatbed trailers, or 26-foot straight trucks.

Most carriers can unload the entire pallet at once, though some may choose to unpack and manually restack the contents for easier handling.

Our saunas come with a manufacturer's 3-year limited warranty that covers damage to the product only when the following instructions have been followed:

The structure must be installed within 1 month of delivery
The product must be installed following the installation manual
The structure must be assembled on a proper foundation (leveled concrete slab, concrete blocks, gravel, or a deck)
The structure's roof must be properly installed
No alterations have been made to the product by a third party
