- Backordered items: 30-90 day shipping window

Returns:
Changed your mind? Return your sauna kit within 7 days in it's original packaging. The 7-day period begins from the delivery date.
Return Process:
- Contact us by email or phone for your Return Authorization Number
- We'll inspect your returned item upon receipt
- Refund will be processed minus applicable fees
Important Return Fees:
- 15% restocking fee on all returns
- Return shipping costs deducted from refund
- If you received free shipping: both original delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted
- Additional 20% fee for items not in original packaging
Items We Cannot Accept:
- Returns without valid Return Authorization Number
- Assembled sauna kits
- Any missing or damaged parts (customer responsibility)
